On Monday, September 8 at 7 p.m. the Lyric Opera Guild’s Dr. Morton Creditor will present a talk titled Why Operatic Heroines Cough So Much and Other Melodic Medical Mysteries in the Truman Forum at the Plaza Branch (4801 Main St.) of the Kansas City Public Library. The presentation is part of the Guild’s At Ease with Opera series, a program designed to educate and entertain both newcomers to the world of opera and long-time fans.
