Opera A La Carte
Realizing the complexity of high school schedules, Lyric Opera is pleased to offer à la carte sessions to Kansas City-area high schools. Examples of sessions include masterclasses, sessions on careers in the arts, opera history, and more. Lyric Opera education staff will work with teachers to understand curricular goals and develop a custom experience to enhance classroom learning.
Available Dates:
- January 30-February 3, 2023
- February 6-10, 2023
Other dates considered depending on availability.
Length: 60-90 minutes
Available for grades 9-12.

Curriculum
Lyric Opera education staff will work with teachers and administrators to ensure all activities are aligned to curricular standards and satisfy learning objectives.
Cost
$295 per experience.
Registration & Payment
For sessions offered between January 30 and February 10, 2023, register by January 9, 2023. For other dates, register as far in advance as possible.
Payment may be made by check or card.
