Renowned soprano Renée Fleming will visit Kansas City in September 2024 to appear in Lyric Opera of Kansas City's season-opening production, The Brightness of Light. She will sign copies of her new book, Music and Mind: Harnessing the Arts for Health and Wellness, after two events:

Pre-ordering Music and Mind: Harnessing the Arts for Health and Wellness is encouraged, as only a limited number of copies will be available at each event. Pre-ordered copies can be picked up in advance at Rainy Day Books, or at the respective event.
Please note:
- Tickets or reservations for the two respective events are required to participate in the book signing.
- Ms. Fleming will also sign copies of her book, The Inner Voice: The Making of a Singer, and CDs featuring her performances.
- Participants must show their book or CD to be admitted to the signing.
- Ms. Fleming will offer a standard signature and welcomes candid, non-posed photography.
