Orpheus Affair: Stardust
We are sad to share that in an abundance of caution around COVID-19, Orpheus KC has made the difficult decision to cancel our annual gala, Orpheus Affair: Stardust. Our mission to connect new audiences with the incredible art of opera must also take into consideration the safety and well-being of our opera community. Despite our best efforts, we ultimately came to the conclusion that we could not guarantee the safety of those in attendance, while still providing an enjoyable, engaging, and unforgettable in-person experience.
We will relaunch Orpheus Affair: Stardust in August 2021, with plans to transport you and lovers of art and opera from across the metro to a celestial celebration unlike anything you have ever seen. We can’t wait to see you at the cosmic disco then!
