Our 2021-2022 season is a dichotomy of the innovative and the classic, with Mason Bates’s and Mark Campbells The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs and Puccini’s epic tragedy, Tosca.
We are also pleased to offer two add-on experiences to our two-show mainstage season.
We return to the Kauffman Center for the Performing arts for an evening of glamour with Lyric Opera Goes to Hollywood. Featuring the operatic musical moments from your favorite Hollywood blockbusters, this concert features the house debut of Talise Trevigne, Ginger Costa-Jackson, and Limmie Pulliam.
November 13-14, 2021.
Streaming is so 2020. We are thrilled to offer live performances of our one-of-a-kind production of Menotti’s holiday classic, Amahl and the Night Visitors. Featuring life-sized puppets designed by Paul Mesner, this is a holiday tradition the whole family will enjoy.
December 2-12, 2021.
