Dominique Lorae Waller is an actor, teaching artist, and playwright based out of Kansas City. Born and raised in Shawnee, Kansas, Dominique has always had a flair for theatrics, participating in school, church, and personal art productions ranging from dance, choir, and theater. Dominique is a graduate from The University of Kansas, with a BA in Theatre Performance. Dominique was graced with the opportunity to teach theater for the last six years; with notable theatre companies such as: What If Puppets, The Coterie, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Music Theater Heritage, and be a part of Starlight Theatre’s Just Imagine program that highlights and showcases storytelling and improvisation. She views theater as a community building experience to help other find their place, enjoy and experience the world and people around us, as well as a chance to let loose and get silly.
