- Monday–Friday: 10:00 am–5:00 pm
- Saturday–Sunday: Closed
Performance Day Hours
- Friday: 10:00 am–7:30 pm
- Saturday: 12:00 pm–7:30 pm
- Sunday: Closed
At the Kauffman Center: We are available in the Kauffman Center Box Office beginning ninety minutes before the start of the performance (6:00 pm for performances beginning at 7:30 pm, 12:30 pm for performances beginning at 2:00 pm).
Summer/Holiday Hours
July & August; Mid-November through December
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00 am–5:00 pm
- Friday–Sunday: Closed
Lyric Opera of Kansas City's administrative offices and box office will be closed on the following days for observance of these holidays:
- July 3–4, 2025: Independence Day
- September 1, 2025: Labor Day
- November 26–28, 2025: Thanksgiving
- December 22, 2025–January 2, 2026: Winter holidays
- January 19, 2026: Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- February 16, 2026: President's Day
- May 25, 2026: Memorial Day
- June 19, 2026: Juneteenth
