Nason’s Broadway credits include productions like The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Thurgood, On Golden Pond, Fortunes Fool, Arthur Millerʼs Broken Glass, 1776, A Month in the Country (Outer Critics Nomination for Best Design), Taller Than a Dwarf, 3 Penny Opera, and Metamorphosis (Tony Award Nomination for Best Lighting Design). He has worked with prominent figures such as Chita Rivera, Lawrence Fishburne, James Earl Jones, Alan Bates, Frank Langella, Hellen Mirren, Matthew Broderick, Sting, and Mikhail Baryshnikov. Nason has also designed for more than eighty off-Broadway productions, including Emperor Jones at Irish Repertory Theatre.
Nason has also designed on opera stages, including productions of Cruzar la Cara de la Luna, Dead Man Walking, It’s A Wonderful Life, Cold Mountain, A Little Night Music, A Coffin in Egypt, 3 Decembers, The End of the Affair, and West Side Story.
