Making Ticket Exchanges Online

Did you know you can request ticket exchanges online? Follow these simple steps!

1. Navigate to our login page at kcopera.org/account-login and enter your login information.

2. After entering your information, select “Login.”

3. Select the blue “Account” button to the left of your email address to open the dropdown menu.

4. Select “Account Preferences” from the dropdown.

5. Check that your account information is correct.

6. Select “Upcoming Events” in the left-hand column. 

7. Select the event you would like to request changes for by selecting the “Request a Ticket Exchange” button.

8. Select the button that applies to your request (exchange request, ticket credit request, or ticket donation).

9. Enter the details of your request in the box. For example, “I'd like to change my Friday night performance to the Sunday matinee.”

10. Select “Submit Request.”

11. Once you see the message pictured below, your request has been received. Select the “Close” button to close the window. We will send you a confirmation email within three business days confirming your request has been implemented.
