Gift Certificate Redemption
Redeem online at kcopera.org and enter your gift certificate number during the checkout process.
Redeem by phone by calling Lyric Opera Kansas City Ticketing and Patron Services at (816) 471-7344 and provide the gift certificate number.
Redeem in person at Lyric Opera Kansas City Administration Center located at 1725 Holmes St, Kansas City, MO 64108. Current office hours are available here.
Lyric Opera gift certificates are only redeemable towards single tickets, parking passes, and subscription purchases made through the Lyric Opera of Kansas City website, box office counter, or phone line. They are not available for use towards tickets sold through the Kauffman Center. Gift certificates are not redeemable for concessions or merchandise or for cash. Gift certificates never expire, and all gift certificate sales are final. Applicable fees are added to any tickets purchased.
