COMMUNITY EVENTS
As we explored both familiar and unfamiliar repertoire this season, we aimed to engage new audiences in the community—bringing more people into the stories we tell, while also making space to hear new stories in return. We deepened our understanding through informative lectures and panels about the content and the cultural impact of each production, and we broadened our reach with arts-adjacent events like Music and Mind with Renée Fleming and the Latinx Artists Market.
The 2024–2025 season was a celebration of fresh talent at Lyric Opera, featuring an extraordinary lineup of first-time artists across every corner of our production—from our principal cast and creative team to the chorus, supernumeraries, and even martial artists! This year’s roster included acclaimed individuals honored by the GRAMMY Awards®, Tony Awards®, the Pulitzer Prize, and many more.
